John started at Conneaut in 1970. His responsibilities include sales and product development. Mr. Santos has a comprehensive understanding of the various processes in the manufacturing of specialty yarns. He is available to answer any technical questions relative to braiding and serving applications. Mr. Santos will be pleased to network with the customer to find permanent solutions to any processing challenges. Moreover, he is available for on-site consultation at your facility. After hours, John's other interests include boating and physical training.

 | Russell Kibbe, CFO, Vice President
Russ Kibbe oversees the finance and administrative functions at Conneaut Industries. He is a team player who can rapidly find solutions. His strong organizational skills and attention to detail are an asset to Conneaut and its growing customer base. Russ comes to us with over ten years of finance experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bryant College and is a Certified Public Accountant. In his spare time Russ enjoys skiing and golfing.

 | Ray Coleman, Plant Engineer
Ray started working at Conneaut in 1991. He has worked in the textile industry for his entire 30-year career and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Ray would be glad to discuss the capabilities of our products, and to be part of your problem-solving team. At home, Ray can be found tinkering in his shop and helping to restore turn-of-the-century steam engines at a local engineering museum.

Mario started working at Conneaut in 2003. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Manufacturing Engineering from New England Institute of Technology and has worked in a manufacturing environment for 10 years. His scope of responsibilities includes production scheduling and machine design/fabrication, as well as, customer visits, product analysis, and product sales. Moreover, Mario has excellent hands-on skills with various yarn processes. In his spare time Mario enjoys spending quality time with his three children. You can also find him on his mountain bike climbing the challenging hills and mountains of Rhode Island!

Norm joined the Conneaut team in 1998. He has over twenty years of experience purchasing materials. His contribution and professionalism is truly an asset at Conneaut. Norm's first priority is to procure the highest-grade material available for our specialty yarn products. Moreover, Norm networks with Christine in Customer Support to achieve the best delivery dates for our customers. After hours, Norm's other passion is the study of Napoleonic history.

Caryl has been a valuable member of our team since 1996. She has been one of the most flexible employees for Conneaut Industries by continually adapting her skills to meet the needs of the company. Her focus is overseeing the day-to-day accounting functions as well as making sure that all billing and shipping processes are fully coordinated with the rest of the staff. In her spare time, Caryl enjoys spending time with her husband Chris and her daughter Mackenzie.
